Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service email email@example.com
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● AffordableGlamz Glamz Accessories, Glamz Accessories X Culture, ALL Glamz wigz. Because AffordableGlamz takes sanitation very serious we cannot accept any wig with the lace cut off. We cannot accept any wig or bundlez that has been handled and/or worn by the customer or any other persons.

● Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
● We only accept returns and exchanges only if AffordableGlamz sends the customer the wrong order. If we do send the wrong item, contact customer service. In the event of an exchange and return you must first contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by contacting customer service within 24-48 hours at the time of the delivery received. We must receive the return of the product in the original state and packaging. We cannot accept any wig or hair bundlez with the lace cut off, handled and/or worn by the customer or any other persons.
