  • What is the return policy?

- AffordableGlamz only accepts returns if the wrong item(s) were sent to the customer. To start the return process, you must first contact our customer service department. Contact@myaffordableglamz.com.

  • What is your processing and shipping time?

- Processing time is 3 business days and our shipping time is an additional 2-7 business days. Processing time is the time spent physically preparing an order. AffordableGlamz processes orders in the order they're received

  • What are the shipping options?

- At this moment we only offer standard shipping. Which is 2-7 business days. 

  • What are the international shipping options?

- All international shipping is shipped from the United States Postal Services, UPS, or DHL. International shipping takes 6-10 business days. It is the customers responsibility to pay for international shipping. Unfortunately, AffordableGlamz does not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • When will I receive my order?

- This depends on when you place your order. Please allow 3 business days for processing and an additional 2-7 business days for shipping.

  • What do I do if I never received my order?

- If you never receive your order, please contact our customer service department. In your initial email give us your name and order number. Contact our customer service department at contact@myaffordableglamz.com

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

- If you receive a defective order, please contact our customer service department. In your initial email please give us your name, order number, and provide a picture of the defective product. Contact our customer service department at contact@myaffordableglamz.com

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

- If you’d like to make a change to your order. You have 24 hours after the time of your placed order. In your initial email please give us your name and order number. Contact our customer service at contact@myaffordableglamz.com.
